Refund Policy for ZORU
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your ZORU belt. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at thezoruco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address.
Please note: Because we are an online-only brand, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Times (Important) Because our products are fulfilled internationally to keep our prices affordable, please allow 7-15 business days for your order to arrive after it has been processed (1-3 days). Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the order has shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at thezoruco@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund without requiring a return.
